Teens as young as 13, high school students and other young
children reported lost by their families and among 16 juveniles rescued from involuntary
forced prostitution during Super Bowl festivities,
FBI said Tuesday. The teens, ages 13 to 17, were found in New York, New Jersey,
Connecticut and Pennsylvania based on FBI Statements.
According to USAtoday, Authorities detained more than 45
pimps and their coworkers, some of the men and others traveled to the New York
region to traffic the women and juveniles at the NFL championship at MetLife
Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J.
Also, more than 50 women involuntarily forced into sex for
money were saved, the agency said. Approximately, they were victims that had
been involved in international sex trafficking.
